Julia Naomi Jackson

James Walter Jackson and Glenda Jackson Page. She moved from Olney to Grand Prairie, Texas in 1991, previously living in Henrietta, Texas and Centralia, Illinois. Naomi was a member of Westridge Fellowship Church, Grand Prairie. Naomi was preceded in death by her parents, husband Jimmy, sisters: Hudia Blount, Elois Wade Dunnerman, Ruth Bush, Mildred Gore and brothers: Willie Frank Blount and B.C. Blount. She is survived by son and wife, James and Jane Jackson of The Woodlands, TX; daughter and son-in-law, Glenda and Benny Page of Grand Prairie. Naomi was a loving "Memaw" to 4 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; sister, LaVerne Blount Wood of Olney; brother-in-law J.M. Gore of Wichita Falls, sisters-in-law Joyce Blount of Battle Creek, Michigan, Iva Jackson Carpenter of Magnolia, Edith Bernhardt Jackson of Olney and many loving nieces and nephews. Additional viewing will be held Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at Lunn Funeral Home in Olney, TX from 3:30-4pm with a brief service following at 4 p.m. The family requests in lieu of flowers please make donations to Covenant Hospice and Palliative Care, 3221 Collinsworth St., Suite 160, Fort Worth, Texas 76107 or the charity of your choice.
