• It isn't on the wall of the Arkansas Arts Center's current exhibition, "Independent Vision: Modern and Contemporary Art From the Martin Muller Collection," but there is at least one work by an Arkansas artist in San Francisco gallerist Muller's collection -- David Bailin's Ladder (Garden), a 2002 charcoal on paper.
Muller, who owns and operates Modernism Inc. in San Francisco, has a collection that numbers some 2,300 works by 625 artists. He lived in Little Rock in the mid- and late-1970s and credits his time here in helping launch his career as one of the country's major art brokers.

Which flowers will Princess Eugenie choose for her wedding bouquet?
Princess Eugenie's bouquet will reportedly be crafted by celebrity florist Rob van Helden.
It's expected to feature York white roses, father Prince Andrew's favourite gardenias, lily of the valley and a sprig of ivy, to represent the couple's marital home.
Eugenie and fiancé Jack Brooksbank live in Ivy Cottage, in the grounds of Kensington Palace.
It's also custom for royal brides' bouquets to include a sprig of myrtle.

Stunning floral displays evoking the look and feel of an autumnal scene have been created for the royal wedding venue.
St George's Chapel in Windsor is filled with the smell of roses and other blooms used by floral designer Rob Van Helden to bring the season into the church.
The steps leading up to the chapel's west door, where Princess Eugenie will arrive, are lined by a cascading display of roses, spray roses, hydrangeas, dahlias and berries.

The flora has a backdrop of Liquid Amber trees, giving the feel of a wooden glade soon to fall dormant when winter arrives.
Inside the chapel, the seating in the nave faces the aisle – unlike the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's wedding where guests faced forwards.
More red, pink and purple blooms have been arranged either side of the organ screen entrance that leads from the nave into the quire where the wedding service will take place.

"Stunning autumnal floral dressing at St George's Chapel by @RobvanHelden1 for the wedding of Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank #RoyalWedding," she wrote before sharing several photos of the entrance to the chapel.It's little wonder Eugenie and Brooksbank chose Van Helden to provide the floral arrangements for their big day. He comes highly recommended by a number of big names including Pierce Brosnan, Jo Malone, and Autumn Phillips. He even provided flowers for important dinners hosted by the late Nelson Mandela.On Van Helden's website, he explains why flowers are such a crucial detail at weddings.
