Besides his wife, Smith is survived by sons Chris, of Texas, and Spencer, of Bad Axe, and daughter Abby Meyer, of Lansing.
Family and friends will share memories of longtime Lansing florist Charlie Smith next weekend at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Home, 1739 E. Grand River Avenue in East Lansing.
Visitation, or a “Celebration of Charlie’s Life,” will run from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, Aug. 28, with a “Time of Sharing and Remembering Charlie” set for 7 p.m. that day.
On Saturday, Aug. 29, visitation runs from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., with a time of remembrance at 2 p.m.
