The children from the area will carry flowers to the cemetery beginning at 11 a.m. to decorate the graves of veterans. The afternoon service begins at 2:00 p.m. with a parade to the cemetery. Ken Price, a graduate of Randolph Southern Junior-Senior High School with the class of 1965 and a Navy veteran, will speak.
