Burial will be private.He was born Nov. 13, 1947 in Waycross and lived in Jones County for the past six years. He was the son of the late Willis Wade Robbins Sr. and Grace Virginia Herndon Robbins. He honorably served his country with the United States Navy and was a member of Jamestown Baptist Church in Waycross.He was a retired supervisor for Georgia Power Company and was preceded in death by a sister, Carolyn Floyd, and a brother, Gary Robbins.He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Shirley Robbins; son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Emily Robbins; daughter and son-in-law, Cathy and Mike Ugajin; grandchildren, Greyson Robbins and Olivia Robbins; brothers and sister-in-law, Richard and Linda Robbins, and Bobby Robbins.In lieu of flowers the family requests that contributions be made to Hospice Care Options, 486 New St., Macon, Ga. 31201.Bridges Funeral Home and Crematory in Gray has charge of arrangements. Rapids, Mich.; Curtis Allen Pellerin (Maria); and Renée Pellerin Gordon (Robert), Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.; her brother, James Luther Wright Jr., Tifton, Ga.; her sister, Vera Louise Thibaut, Mandeville, La.; 13 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
