CATS offers February classes

A series of classes will be offered by instructor Jane Tavernier at the CATS Gallery during the month of February. The three-part series will be on each Thursday, February 11, 18, 25, 10 am - 12 noon. Registration is required: class size is limited. The cost of the three-class series is $45 payable at registration at the CATS Gallery. All fabric materials will be provided in a kit fee of $25 payable to the instructor on the first day of class. A list of supplies needed by the student is a cutting mat, ruler, and rotary cutter. All cutting will be started in the first class session, all sewing on this project will be done at hoe. The last week there will be a demonstration of "Free Motion Quilting." Students may bring sewing machines, however, it is not required during class time. The February project "Heart and Flowers" disign is simple, inexpensive, and artistic. This one-of-a-kind piece can be added as an accent to a wall or can be used as a holiday gift.
