Barbara Sue Noble Cooper Barbara Sue Noble Cooper, 55, of Middleburg, passed away on Sunday, September 4, 2016 at St. Vincent’s Medical Center – Clay County following a brief illness. She was a native of Charlotte, NC and had lived in Middleburg for the past 26 years coming from Nashville, TN. Barbara was raised in Putnam County and was a 1978 graduate of Palatka High School. She worked as a CNA at Pine Crest Manor ALF in Middleburg for many years. She loved all animals especially horses and dogs. She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Betty Jean Noble. She is survived by her sons, Justin Hampton (Paulette) of Middleburg and Daniel Moseley of Orange Park, brother, Charles “Chuck” Noble of Ft. McCoy, sisters, Karen Gilbert (Walter) of Salt Springs and Bonnie Thomas (Johnny) of Palatka, grandchildren, Rayleigh Williams and Tatun “Tate” Moseley and several nieces and nephews.
